Robert picked up my large wool Katastan rug to be cleaned. He was on time and very personable. He delivered the cleaned rug back to me and placed it on the floor and helped move the furniture back onto the rug. I will definately use Dalworth again in the future. Thanks Robert!

We contacted right before Christmas for pickup. They came promptly and picked up 4 rugs for a deep cleaning procedure. The rugs were returned about 8 days later and reinstalled. All four looked really so much better. The workers were very punctual and efficient. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

Francisco and Aaron were very professional. They called ahead before pickup and delivery. They answered questions, carefully moved and replaced furniture, and were on time. Great job.

Francisco and Edna picked up and delivered our 2 rugs we had cleaned by Dalworth. The are the best from A to Z. They are very courteous and professional. They pay careful attention to detail making sure the rugs are laid back down precisely where they were before. This was especially tricky because they had to put a rug bacjdown under a glass top table. This involved taking the glass top off, align the metal base evenly on the rug the putting the glass top back on evenly. They weren’t satisfied until we were completely satisfied, which we were. We are also completely satisfied with the outstanding job Dalworth did of cleaning our rugs. They may be a little more expensive but they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for and can trust that Dalworth to do the best job anywhere in DFW

Dalworth did a fabulous job with my Persian rug. They cleaned it perfectly, bound the ends to replace the damaged fringe and cut a custom pad. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Robert delivered my finished rug and he and his partner were awesome. Great communication, on-time and very professional. Highly recommend Dalworth.
